1. Eligibility
-Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
-A valid Euchre.com account is required to enter.
-Employees, affiliates, or partners directly associated with the Tournament organizer may be ineligible.

2. Registration & Entry
-Entry Registration must be completed before the stated deadline.
-No monetary entry fees will be necessary to secure participation.
-Tournament slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Tournament Format
-The Tournament format (e.g., single elimination, double elimination, round robin) will be announced in advance and is subject to change at the organizer’s discretion.
-Match rules (including variations such as “Stick the Dealer”) will be specified before play begins.
-Players are responsible for being present and ready at their scheduled match times.

4. Gameplay & Conduct
-All matches must be played through the Euchre.com platform.
-Players must adhere to fair play standards—no cheating, collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of bugs.
-Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or abusive language may result in immediate disqualification.

5. Disconnections & Technical Issues
-Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
-In the event of a disconnection, the Tournament organizer will determine whether a match is replayed or forfeited.
-Euchre.com is not responsible for technical failures, device issues, or connectivity problems.
-If a player loses connection during their play time, they will be replaced by a bot until their connection can be re-established and they return to the platform.
-Potential game losses incurred by a replacement bot will be considered final.

6. Scoring & Results
-All results recorded on the Euchre.com platform are considered final.
-The Tournament organizer reserves the right to review and adjust results in cases of error or misconduct.

7. Prizes
-Prizes (if applicable) will be awarded as described in the Tournament announcement.
-Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
-The organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

8. Disqualification
-The organizer may disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in behavior that compromises the integrity of the Tournament.
-Disqualified players forfeit all rights to prizes and standings.
-Reasons for disqualification may include, but are not limited to: obscenity in the user’s profile, inappropriate images, poor sportsmanship (determined at the organizer’s discretion), foul language, etc.

9. Changes & Cancellation
-The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Tournament at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
-Any changes will be communicated through official Euchre.com channels, both in game and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

10. Limitation of Liability
-By participating, players agree that the organizer and Euchre.com are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Tournament.

11. Privacy
-Participant information will be used solely for Tournament administration and in accordance with Euchre.com’s privacy policies.

12. Acceptance of Terms
-By entering the Tournament, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
